It was in all the newspapers and on the radio: The big block of flats on the other side of town were about to be demolished.
This
guy grabbed his video camera and headed down to the viewing area. He
set up the camera; got it perfectly focused and made sure the building
was properly framed in the view-finder.
Then he hit the 'record' button and waited for the big event:
