Jerman Neveaux, 19, was resisting a body search when he fatally shot
deputy David Michel on Wednesday
afternoon. Neveaux, was on probation after recently
pleading guilty to possession of stolen
property.He told authorities he didn't want to go to jail for having a gun. "So he killed a deputy," said the sheriff. "What do you say about that?"

He didn't want to go to jail so he shot a policeman in the back, in broad daylight, in front of five witnesses!
